- Full refund shall be made to guests who requests for reservation cancellation 2(two) or more days before Check in date.
- Half of room rate shall be refunded for cancelled reservations with notice less than 2(two) days prior to check in date. In cases where guest has made a half deposit, the deposit will be retained by the business as damages.
- No refund is made to guest who wishes to checkout before checkout time whereas has spent more than 2 hours since check in time.
- Guests who have stayed for 3 nights or more and have paid in advance shall be refunded in full amount for nights they have yet not stayed. For guests staying less than three nights, half of room rate shall be refunded for each night not stayed.
- For Birthday and Honeymoon Packages, 30% of the package shall be retained as damages to guest cancelling reservation more than 5 days before the event. 50% of same shall be retained as damages to guest cancelling reservation 3 or less before the event.
